Brought in Vern, my 1973 BMW 2002Tii, for a tune up after driving 7100 miles to vintage BMW events this Spring. When I made the appointment I was pleasantly surprised how soon they could get Vern in. I was offered a loaner that was ready to go when I dropped Vern off. As always Jess, Mike and Arnold greeted me with smiles and pleasant conversation. I was kept informed of Vern's progress through completion of his tune up. When I picked him up Voit personally let me know what was done and adjustments made. When I drove Vern home he was like a new car again all ready for his next adventure.
