So youve got yourself one of them fancy Euro-cars. You know what youve gotten yourself into. But, this is your baby. This is, maybe, your weekend cruiser. Or its your daily driver. The idea is that it starts, moves forward, backwards, turns and stops safely. But, with any car, the inevitable happens. Its time for service. Its time for new breaks. Theres a spot on your garage floor that wasnt there when you parked it for winter. Youve hit the next major service interval and its time for more than the regular oil change. If the repair isnt mission-critical to daily use and its the season where all of the garage queens that spent the winter in storage, sure, it might take a week or two to get in, but if its an immediate concern theyll get you in ASAP (from my multiple experiences sunroof wouldnt close seen immediately break line popped dropped it off Monday morning, drove away Tuesday evening today was a headlight module and a leaking windshield washer reservoir dropped off Tuesday morning and, so long as parts get here on time, Ill be driving it home Thursday night). If they say theyll do it, consider it done and done right. Heck we had a company car making a ticking noise the dealer couldnt find anything but the crew at Autowerks went deeper, found the time bomb that would have turned a $100,000 car into a paperweight, went even further and found the repair bulletin and engine warranty extension and ended up saving the $30,000 engine and a way to have the $18,000 repair covered by the manufacturer! Something was very wrong and the fellas and fellets wouldnt take cant find it as a solution. There was no heres the problem, heres the quote, pay us and well fix it there was a true concern and extra effort, the extra mile if you will. It doesnt matter if you have a 20 year old Jetta, a 40 year old GTI, a 60 year old Porsche or a brand new Maybach, a basic service or tackling that pain-in-the-keyster air suspension just do yourself the favor and get in to Autowerks. You get what you pay for? Yep and at Autowerks youll finally, actually get what you are paying for. Three years with Autowerks and Ive never felt more satisfied swiping the card and picking up my keys.
