After nearly two years of excellent routine service with Autowerkes, I had the opportunity to really test the full spectrum of Autowerkes' capabilities. My Porsche Cayenne had a broken axle and several other maladies after drifting sideways off the icy road into a curb. Hard!Their interaction with my insurance company, their fairness and support in ensuring that the insurance didn't shortchange the repair (which they nearly did to the tune of about $4,000), their efficient and thorough technical work.... and their courtousy were all terrific. Every aspect of my relationship is one of dealing with friends.I've NEVER enjoyed a relationship with my car support team the way I do with Autowerkes.
