SERVICING MAINE

I went in to Autowerkes with my Porsche with a laundry list of things for them to look at and repair/replace if necessary. Some things didn't need either and they told me that, the others were taken care of promptly and professionally. I certainly do appreciate the honesty and the care they appear to take with special cars. Highly recommended.

I came in for what I thought would be an oil change and was told I was due for a major service. I am very happy with the way this was presented to me. Your representative clearly explained all aspects of the service and worked with me to split up the service to two visits with no pressure to do it all at once.This my first BMW and I plan on keeping for quite some time,and using Autowerkes to maintain it.Best regardsEd

This was my first time at Autowerkes Maine and I was very pleased with not only the service but the professional way those at the desk took care of me.I had use of a "loaner" car for the day and all paper work was ready for me when I arrived. No waiting!

Professional and personal

I thought your service was very friendly and very good . Jessica was very helpful in setting up an appointment and explaining what was needed with my car and when it would be ready. I had my air conditioning serviced. We agreed that we're kind of waiting to see if further work is needed after a test of the possible solution of just adding refrigerant. I'm the customer service field and I recognize and appreciate good customer service when I see it. I see it with Autowerkes. I'm coming to the conclusion however on my third VW, that these cars are fun to own and drive but expensive to maintain. I'm beginning to consider alternatives which might not be so hard on my budget.
