Waiting for a part to arrive stopped by to see if the part arrived and was told me that it had.gave me a loaner to use while it was being fixed. Also fixed a problem from prior visit.

Had an APR Stage 1 tune installed by Voit yesterday. Was quick and painless, and the car goes like a monster, now!! The staff was very friendly and the shop was clean and professional. Will be going back for my Audi's mechanical needs!

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous, everything dealers should be but rarely are.

I have found them to be thoroughly professional and knowledgeable of my 30 year old car and able to fix the tricky issues without having to bring the car back- the repair is done correctly the first time, and tested to insure it is complete and I am always kept in the loop for what the issues are, anticipated expenses, and when the car will be ready for pick up. They have a warrantee on the repairs so any issues the occur I feel will be solved with no hassle.
