Great experience. The folks were friendly, issues were presented very clearly, and the cost estimate was accurate.Further, additional "opportunities for improvement" for my car were clearly spelled out (with pictures and arrows) in an email, in the perceived order of need.I recognized that Autwerkes is not the cheapest place to have my car repaired/maintained, but you will get good service.

Went in for an APR ecu tune on my Audi S4. Shop was clean and comfortable to wait in. Staff was very polite and friendly. Fast service. Will definitely go back for service needs in the future.

Stopped in to have my battery replaced in my 1973 3.0 CSi. My car was taken in immediately and I was on my way in under 30 minutes.
