They all pay attention to my questions, big or small to help me understand what needs to be done to fix my car's problem. They listen to my (non-mechanic) observations as pertains to my car's problem. And the whole staff is very friendly, polite, and prompt.

Service overall excellent. If I have any complaint its pricing is a little high. Also, some simple issues that I may call regarding and want someone to look at I get the response it will cost $90-100 and we will hook it up to our computer when I'm not so confident it needs to be put on the computer to diagnose. Thanks.

Great service, although I should have had you check the headlight aiming when the Boxster was in your shop (poor illumination at night). I imagine that is not something that you normally look at when you do a comprehensive inspection as you did with my car.
