These folks know MINIs. They have the diagnostic equipment and experience to identify issues and get them resolved in a proper manner. The provision for loaner vehicles adds to the convenience.

after horrific experience with Salt Lake City Utah MIni of Murray dealership, Ryan and Von stepped in from Maine and guided me through the process of identifying what this dealership did to my car, what might be the real problem, then how to get it back to Maine.The Utah dealership maintained my car needed $22,000 worth of work, $4k of which I did spend in their shop, they put me on the roadtwice with out test driving the car, endangering my life, without fixing the problemYou guys fixed the issue for $2800 !I cannot express how much their availability and expertise meant to me; they dealt with this dealership personally on my behalf from 3000 miles away, fielding many phone calls and emails and getting me and my car back to Maine and on the road.I will never go anywhere else for service, and will never buy anything without their advice.I give the entire crew 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Quick and efficient. Suggest you get oil service tags that work with synthetic oilo and MINI's. I dn't know that Il'l change it in 3,000 miles.

Always accomodating; my son had issues with his 325i not starting and they quickly fitted him in and diagnosed the problem and gave him a temporary solution until he could get the car back in to fix properly.

On Monday, 6 June 2011, we made our 1st visit to Autowerkes for our new (to us) 1998 VW Beetle. We bought this car used from the original owner, and despite having 150k miles, the body, interior, and mechanics are in overall great shape. We want to restore the car to a "fine" operational level, and are counting on the folks at Autowerkes to help us. After a thorough inspection, the folks at Autowerkes helped us with a plan to restore "Bella" (our Beetle) to excellent operational condition. This work will begin the week of 13 June 2011. they have invested in all the very costly diagnostic gadget computers to save time by spotting the trouble the first time. Yes, they do charge for the diagnostic, like $85, but better that than repeated trips to other garages at high labor rates while they try to find your problem by a process of guess and by gorry and elimination. Autowerkes's gadgets found my cruise control stalk switch intermittent. I doubt anyone else would have.
