Fast & friendly...I've been going to Autowerkes now for service for approx 3 years. They are honest and fair and I've had nothing but exceptional service from them. They are the only independent I've used that I would even consider taking my new in warranty BMW to for service. Very happy to have them local and they are super folks to deal with.
