Great in every respect. bill

First time service. Spoke to Voit (the owner) a couple of times prior and he spent a fair bit of time on the phone with someone who hasn't even been a customer. The staff knows what they are doing and Voit is aware of it also. He is extremely knowledgeable and a it shows. I will be a return customer and tell whoever I know that would fit the bill.

I take my MINI here for everything, but this day, I only took it in for an inspection. Not only did my car pass with flying colors, but the mechanic told me he was impressed with the fact that a car with this high mileage didn't need anything done to it. I try to take good care of it, and they help me with that. Also, I like that they're very honest. I've been to garages where they claim your car needs certain items fixed to pass inspection, when it really doesn't. I know that garages don't make a cent from inspections, and I appreciate the fact that Autowerkes never tries to repair things that aren't broken on my car.

These guys (and girls) take care of you immediately and usually provide a loaner!

Great Service, I particularly appreciate getting the car returned quickly. Although not A/C season, I didn't want to leave the system low on refrigerant/oil over the winter. I can now feel cold air even though I don't want it! Thanks, Dean Glazier
