Normally Autowereds gets 5 stars. This last time the work wasn't done, in part because one item wasn't checked. Not a problem safety or operationally, as the work item was related to the stereo. It's just a pain that I had to set up another appointment and go back to clean it up. A rare and very minor complaint, however.
Response from Autowerks Maine, Inc - Thanks for taking the time to comment on this issue. We regret your need to return for this problem. The primary complaint was for a litany of electrical issues. When the technician found a single culprit for these combined problems he assumed that all was fine. Your 2nd complaint was for an individual speaker problem, which was probably a problem prior to the overall problem. We should have investigated this as a separate problem as you had described it.
