Emergency visit. I was VERY pleased that the staff were able to work my fix into the pre-holiday schedule.

Work was great and price was reasonable. Car looks great. 11 days was a little long to complete the work and be without the car.

I was very pleased-the estimate I received for the work was $1300. When I arrived to pick up the car, the bill was $1475. I was about to scrutinize the bill when it was explained that the part was misquoted. Based on the significant amount of business that I've done with you over the last year, I was not charged labor to try to keep the job as close to the estimate as possible. This type of service is exceptional. I promptly made another appointment to have you fix another issue I am having and you will continue to have my business well into the future as well as that of many referrals I will send you. Punctual, organized, knowledgeable, affable yet businesslike. Price was better than the dealers, though I had the simplest of tasks for them and cannot comment on ore complicated work.
