You went out of your way to fit my schedule, despite having to change yours. You provided me with a loaner so I could get to work on time and do what I needed to do (including an unplanned conveyance of my mother-in-law to the hospital)and pick up my car as scheduled later in the day. You accurately estimated the cost of repair and did all I asked. Bravo!

AAA towed my car on the weekend to Autowerks. I simply called and left a message that I would be in touch on Monday. They called me, gave me a quote and fixed my car in a much shorter time than they thought it would take. Charged my credit card....I never even had to go into the shop. They left the keys locked inside the car and I picked it up at my convenience.

I found the service EXCELLENT! Customer Service is very strong. I received a call to make sure I understood what repairs that I needed and when this would be done. I didn't have an appointment, so I dropped my car off in the evening left a note and they worked it in! Very happy with them!
