SERVICING MAINE

I am a long-time customer of Autowerkes Maine, and for good reason. Once again the front desk staff accommodated a semi-emergency service need by fitting my son's car into a busy day and getting him back on the road with minimal disruption to our household and work schedule. And the guys in the shop did their work efficiently and effectively. To top things off, Jason noticed an overcharge of a few dollars and corrected the bill as I paid it. From Voit Ritch to the young man who washes the car, Autowerkes Maine people are the best.

Great work; we really enjoyed the quality of the work performed by Eric, the mechanic who worked on our 06 VW GTI. From the original post purchase inspection to the completion of the repairs, Eric, Jason and Mike remained mindful of cost as they returned the car to a high performance car (the Mark V and above VW GTIs are amazing cars!) that passes state inspection. We also really appreciated the documentation of the diagnosis and the work performed; it was thorough and easy to follow. Thank you Autowerkes!
