As usual and what I expect from Autowerkes, a great experience all around from setting up the appointment to picking up my car. Everyone is so friendly and the work on my car is always done right. However, one thing I expected done that wasn't done was my clock changed to the correct time. I have never been able to figure out how to change the clock with the time changes so the Autowerkes folks always see me at least twice a year to change it for me! With a wink and a nod, they know why I'm dropping by without an appointment. Thanks and I'll be stopping by for the clock change in the next few days!

Autowerkes was recommended to us by a good local shop who's policy is to leave the high end maintenance of Porsche to the others. We have to travel a bit but its worth it, knowing industry recognized techs are taking care of your vehicle. We know we're in good hands. Beyond that the front end service - business office, etc., are exceptional. Flexible, friendly, and very accommodating. We couldn't be more satisfied with Autowerkes.

This is the best shop I've ever worked with, and I don't plan on finding another one ever again. I have been coming here for about a year now and I have never had an experience that was less than fantastic. Everyone at Autowerkes is incredibly friendly and takes the time to get to know you--every time I go I'm greeted by name with a smile. Furthermore, this shop can tackle just about every problem or project, and everything they do shows a true attention to detail: no corner cutting, no shotty work, just the best. I can't imagine having a bad experience here. 10 out of 10, A+, 5 Stars.
