I get consistent excellent 5 star service at Autowerkes!

Fast and I like that communication was done via email and phone. I didn't have to keep calling to check status.

It was a good experience, as usual. Jessica was pleasant and helpful. I was surprised that I was not offered a loaner as I have been on previous times. I was asked if I was going to have someone pick me up or if I would want to wait. I had already decided that I would wait, but there are times when I would need a loaner.

Service was efficient and performed in the time approximated. Jessica was accommodating and pleasant. I was disappointed that I was not offered a loaner car as on previous service appointments. I was asked if I had someone picking me up or if I planned to wait. ( I already planned to wait but there are times that I would like a loaner.)

Service consisted of a state inspection and oil/filter change. Scheduling was easy and convenient and the work was done quickly.

This was my first time having my BMW serviced at Autowerkes and I couldn't be happier. Very personable service, nice loaner car and fair price for the work I needed done. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Honest and Competent. They know what they are doing. Waiting room is clean and shop is immaculate. No reason not to bring your car here.

The Staff is very helpful and friendly. The Waiting room and entire shop is clean. David is very good at explaining complex repairs and went above and beyond to work with me to get everything I needed done. Jess opened the trunk of my car when I was walking to it outside from the loaner with an armful of stuff.
