I'm thrilled with the service I received from Autowerkes! My airbag fault light was on. The dealer was going charge me well over $2000 to replace an airbag and a seatbelt tensioner and had no suggestions on other options. I took my '08 GTI to Autowerkes for a second opinion. They did a more thorough assessment and found extensive damage to wiring and the interior of the car caused by mice. They fixed all the damage, including the installation of new headliner, changed the oil, did a state inspection and rotated the tires - all for less than what the dealer would've charged. The dealer's approach wouldn't have fixed the airbag fault anyway.

Jess - my service advisor - kept me well informed of what they found, what my options were and how long the work would take. Great work by great people at a fair price, what more could you ask for? Autowerkes will be servicing my GTI for as long as I can keep it rolling.

Was pleased it was simple (an oil change!) But the service light was not reset and still comes on :-( Hoping I can swing by at some point when I am back in town to have it reset.

Awesome service as ALWAYS! What's not to like? Excellent knowledgeable front end staff, done right the first time AND no greasy fingerprints on my steering wheel like another shop I used to go to.

My first BMW and this was my first oil change. I chose them over Atlantic due to the nice woman on the phone. I am a person very in tune with my car, I have lots of questions, which Atlantic was not interested in answering. She was great and listened to all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I want someone who treats my car like it's there own. I believe I have found that! I felt very comfortable here as not fitting in to the high profile class. I appreciate the respect and knowledge they gave me and highly recommend.
